By downloading, installing, or using AllNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. AllNest provides a secure vault for documents and files, categories and items, lists, expense tracking, diary, and optional sync and sharing.

You keep ownership of the content you store in AllNest (vault files, documents, lists, expense data, diary entries, etc.). You are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the right to store and process it. We are not responsible for the nature or legality of content you choose to store or share. When you share lists or expense trackers with others, you are responsible for ensuring that sharing is permitted and that you do not share others’ personal data without consent.

4. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you use “Our server” sync or social features, you must comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

5. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You use the app at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of AllNest or from reliance on synced or shared data, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may notify you in the app or via email where possible.
