About AllNest

AllNest is the app name and developer name shown on the Google Play and App Store listings. This page explains how to request that your AllNest account and associated data be deleted.

Steps to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data in any of these ways:

  1. From the app: Open AllNest → go to Profile → tap Delete account. Follow the prompts to confirm. Your account and data linked to our servers will be deleted.
  2. On the web: Sign in with your AllNest account on this site and use “Delete my account” to remove your account and data.
  3. By email (if you can’t use the app or web): Send an email to allnestmobileapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your AllNest account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject or body. We will verify your identity and then delete your account and associated data.

We process deletion requests as soon as practicable. You will receive a confirmation once your account and data have been removed from our systems.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the following from our systems:

Data that may be kept

We may retain certain data only where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or legal purposes (e.g. responding to legal process). Any such retention will be limited and we will not use it for marketing or other non-essential purposes. We will inform you in our response if we must retain specific data.

Data that remains only on your device (e.g. local-only vault or documents) is under your control; you can remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
