About AllNest
AllNest is the app name and developer name shown on the Google Play and App Store listings. This page explains how you can request deletion of specific data we hold (such as activity history, transaction history, images and video) without deleting your account.
Steps to request data deletion (keep your account)
You can request deletion of certain data in any of these ways:
- On the web: Sign in with your AllNest account and choose which data to remove (Trackers, Lists, Profile, CycleNest, Reminders, Diary). Tap “Remove selected data from app & server” to delete it. Your account stays active.
- From the app: Open AllNest and use in-app options where available: delete individual lists, expense trackers, diary entries, or vault items; clear or update profile fields; remove social connections or shared content. Your account stays active.
- By email: Send an email to allnestmobileapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your AllNest account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and specify which data you want removed (e.g. “Delete my expense/transaction history”, “Delete my diary entries”, “Remove my profile photo”, “Delete my synced images/videos”). We will verify your identity and process your request. Your account will not be deleted.
We process data-deletion requests as soon as practicable. You will receive a confirmation once the requested data has been removed. Your account and sign-in will remain active unless you also request full account deletion.
Data you can ask to have deleted (without deleting your account)
You can request deletion of the following types of data that we may hold. This does not delete your account:
- Activity history: Diary entries, menstrual/period entries, and similar activity logs stored on our servers.
- Transaction history: Expense tracker transactions and related data synced to our servers.
- Images and video: Photos, images, and videos you have uploaded or synced (e.g. for documents, vault items, or trackers).
- Lists and list items: To-do lists, shopping lists, and their items stored on our servers.
- Profile data: Display name, profile photo, phone number, date of birth, or gender stored in our systems.
- Social and sharing data: Friend links, shared lists, shared trackers, and chat messages.
- Push notification tokens: So you no longer receive push notifications from the app.
Data that exists only on your device (e.g. local-only vault or documents) can be removed by you in the app or by clearing app data; you can also request that we delete any copy we hold if you had enabled server sync.
